  • From the beginning we will give you transparent information about our services, how we operate, your product terms and conditions, and any fees that may apply to you
  • We will make sure all our communication to you is clear, compliant and not misleading and that you are given clear information about the products we offer advice on and the services we can offer you.
  • We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential
  • We will ascertain your individual needs, preferences and circumstances before providing any recommendations
  • We will deal quickly and earnestly with any concerns you have about the service you receive from us and we will encourage our staff to recommend improvements to service following any client feedback
  • We will make sure our staff are aware of these commitments we have made to you and that they are more than sufficiently trained to put them into practise by offering regular training and reviews on our TCF principles
